It is interesting to notice that this core structure resembles our human basic structure:
- Right brain (creative-intuitive)
- Left brain (rational-analytical)
- Food (energy provider)
- Limbs (mover & doer)
- Verb (communication & narrative)
The perceived and institutionalized separation of these branches has prevented our diverse human qualities from being incorporated in a complementary fashion.
It seems that such separation – or silo effect- have prevented us to promote at best our shared well being.
To reverse this tendency, we are weaving these lineages into a more integrated texture that underlay the core of our organizational human structure.
 Jointly, those expertise represent our current ability to respond to our reality.
